The staff. The cleanliness, the kindness. It was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had. The front desk woman Clarissa gave us a chance to go into the hot tub after hours because it had been packed all day and let us enjoy the end of valentines day. She went out of her way to make it so special. I give this a 10 out of 10 stay. We just booked our next stay in May for the jacuzzi room for our 4 year wedding anniversary. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Breakfast was great, availability of drinks warm and cold, amenities in the bathroom were great. The staff were friendly and forthcoming. The guy at reception (Sunday night Feb 23rd, 2025) stood out specifically. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and helping me plan my trip the next day.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean, and the location was perfect!

Staff was extremely helpful , Ian manager on duty was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was running smoothly, even when the hot tub wasn't working he was right there without even having to be called , just saw there was an issue , and was right there working, the issue out !!

We were greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Excellent first impression as everything was clean, organized and welcoming. Our room was perfect. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean and well stocked. Air conditioning was simple to adjustPerhaps most noteworthy about our stay was that we heard very little noise from outside our room. No doors slamming shut. No toilet flushes or showers in nearby rooms. Quiet hallways. I know the hotel was at full capacity. The breakfast had a good variety and was always well-stocked. Coffee and water were available at all times in the lobby and was very much appreciated! Overall, our weekend stay was super. This will be my go-to hotel when in the Syracuse area!!

the beds and pillows are great .. room clean and large ... we always stay at this location. close to several stores and not that far from destiny u,s.a.

Didn't find the closet until we were leaving...it was well hidden behind a mirror with no indication it was a mirror. Sorry wrong box.
