The staff. The cleanliness, the kindness. It was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had. The front desk woman Clarissa gave us a chance to go into the hot tub after hours because it had been packed all day and let us enjoy the end of valentines day. She went out of her way to make it so special. I give this a 10 out of 10 stay. We just booked our next stay in May for the jacuzzi room for our 4 year wedding anniversary. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Breakfast was great, availability of drinks warm and cold, amenities in the bathroom were great. The staff were friendly and forthcoming. The guy at reception (Sunday night Feb 23rd, 2025) stood out specifically. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and helping me plan my trip the next day.

It’s a perfect location for us as we have friends who live nearby. I also love all the shopping is so close. I love the free breakfast also.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean, and the location was perfect!

Staff was extremely helpful , Ian manager on duty was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was running smoothly, even when the hot tub wasn't working he was right there without even having to be called , just saw there was an issue , and was right there working, the issue out !!

the beds and pillows are great .. room clean and large ... we always stay at this location. close to several stores and not that far from destiny u,s.a.

We chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. It did not disappoint! We were there for the death of a family member, and it offered us the mental and emotional relief we needed. I am forever grateful!
